@paulafowler3597 thank you! I wish I could remember where I saw that. I always like to give credit, but I honestly don't remember on the thread. On the fabric, I've seen several, and I don't know who I saw first. Thank you Paula!😊

Liking your tips and assorted ideas how you use your fabric. I have so much fabric i tell people i have to live til i'm 318 years old so i can use it all up !! Thank you for your ideas.
When I include fabric flips I say it’s so you can use the fabric in the journal just snip it off for tags or anything you are creating for the journal 😊
Enjoyed watching. Love the feeling of fabric, and it adds so much to a journal. 2 very simple additions to using fabric would be to knot a small strip to a paperclip, and use it to hold a journal card. Also, use fabric to make snippets along a page edge with buttons, stamps and anything you want. These would make nice happy mail items~ great idea. :-) Best wishes~ Valerie.
@1HistoricalBuff ohhhhhh,,,I completely forget about the page edges! I love those, and haven't done them in forever. Same with the paperclips. You're awesome!!! I have a box with some already made. Totally forgot! Thank you☺️❤️
Such creative ideas! I love the tag with the pocket! That three ring binder black and white striped journal, when you get that done is going to be awesome! The fabric tags and flips are wonderful. Love fabric. And thanks, love the happy mail idea. Thanks for the thread tip too🤗 you're awesome Christy!
Please let me say thank you for taking the time to share with us. I'm still fairly new to all this. I have made fabric flips but never thought of doing them over the tag, I just learned to sew and use a sewing machine last yr. so the thread tip is amazing to me! and my husband's job just shut down an office and he brought me a case of cash register paper rolls. I had no idea what to do with them... sooo now I do. I honestly so far have learned something new and helpful for me, on everyone of your videos I have watched... I think you rock.... 😊 sorry for my rambling lol 😂

Thanks for the tip about the metallic thread. I've been sewing craft things on and off for several years but I didn't know about putting regular thread in the bobbin. I thought that you had to figure out how to adjust the tension to make it work. This seems much easier. 🙂
