Yes, Kenneth Banghart does. I remember him from some NBC radio shows of the 1950s. "This is Kenneth Banghart in New York, inviting you to switch from 'hots' to Cool cigarettes. Cools, with that clean, refreshing taste. As Willie the penguin says, 'Smoke Cooooooooools! Smoke Coooooooools, Kingside or regular. And now the news." I used to warm up as a teenager, imitating him in that recording.
David spoke just a little more slowly, but Kenneth's delivery is very, very similar.

Kenneth Banghart was born on September 11, 1909 in Paramus, New Jersey, USA. He was an actor, known for Destination Safety (1966), Sportsreel (1950) and Wild in the Streets (1968). He died on May 25, 1980 in Delray Beach, Florida, USA.
Also radio newscaster and announcer.
