thanks for the video -- contemplating trying this for my 2016 CC. just installed an android head unit and it works great. if I don't necessarily need the reverse camera function for the digital dash, would it be just plugging in to the existing socket? I saw one video where wires had to be routed a lot.

I dont understand what we get with this? Analog/digital cluster. How it looks when it is turned on?
Video is good but the heavy breathing into the mic sounds like you’re breathing directly into my headset

I would be curious to see how to mount it in the car and what else is needed for this to work properly. Would this work for a standard Golf MK6 version? (non GTI or R)?

You didn't actually connect the original cluster PCB to any of the internal wiring or ribbon headers...
Hi does the oem motherboard connect to the digital unit apart from just the mounting screws? Ie, where the original display cable was?

when setting the language ..when the car is switched off the language automatically switches to Chinese..
Ok sorry for the delay work has been crazy. Yes you can revert fairly quickly. Nothing is sacrificed. Infact i kept my cluster just in case as well.

If you have a polar fis will it show the readings or add another gage?
NO. I tried and it failed. Polarfis has been painful to return the product to say the least.

No i dont believe so. If you did major mods like using the MK6 Canbus it might but that is a huge change.

Yes it can and Yes the R can be shown instead of the GTI logo

If you use a retrofit connector from a mk5 36 pin to a mk6 32 pin do you think it will work and using a mk6 motherboard for digital cluster?

What installing the Dash? It is very simple. Just google it there are heaps of these
