Thanks for watching my video on what I do when my twist out or any of my hair styles FAIL ME, I just resort to my handy dandy puff like most naturals do =) My hair is in the AWKWARD stage so I'm still experimenting with what products work best for my hair

I just scrolled 2 years down to your Feed and Gurllllllll your hair has GROWN!!!!!!!!!! You give me hope! The biggest theme I’m finding as I’m watching all you YT natural hair babes is that I have not been caring for my hair properly! I did the Big Chop in 2006 and it saddens me that I coulda had a good 12 years of hair growth but instead I went back to perming, texturizing and just not knowing how to care for my hair. Thanks for the inspiration!

This is exactly what I did last night and boy I woke up looking a mess! Too much product....it wasn't dry....I also tried to blow dry it like you did.....sigh the process! BTW your hair did NOT look like a fail to me! Keep these videos coming....they are very inspiring!

Your twist out was waaaay better than mine ever be!!!.....still don't know what I do wrong....oh yeah the take down and separation 😞
My best twist outs are when I start on dry hair and can rock the twists at least a day. So ill wash thursday, wear a puff friday, twist friday night, wear a scarf through saturday and then take it down before I go out Saturday night...my twist outs can last a week with little to no need to add more moisture.
on dry hair? hmmm i never tried that. what products do you use for it?
OnlyOneJess shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil leave in, olive oil, and the curling cream. Some areas I must lightly spritz with water.

It came out pretty good to me lol I loved the curls. I can never receive the perfect curls on my 4c hair it’s like I twist and it doesn’t come out curly enough or maybe I’m not styling it right but I loved your results 😁😁
the shape is the same as yours for mee but rizziness is a littl worst when i do bantu and twist outs and i get so angry ... now im just gunna wait for my hair to get longer but my mom is alwys like noo it looks so pretty in my head i get so mad like tf are you madd woman it looks so stupid .... but yours looks good on you i get the same shape and i hate it on me but we have to be satisfied with it you kno ppl doont realize that we have to walk around with it feeling nasty about it not them idc how they feel about it -___- i wanna feelin poppin thats the goal everyday !

I literally just did this my twist out failed but then again I didn't do it right I was just bored so I put my hair in a high puff
next time do it on very wet hair,super small FLAT twists with eco styler gel so more definition and less frizz, and invest in a really good spray leave in
I was laughing so much to this video cause I just went through the same thing today. Went to bad so confident feeling like I would wake up with a bomb twist out but it was a huge fail. Ended up doing half had space buns and left the other half free

dependng on your hair tectsure. sometimes oil and water works just as well for ppl with softer hair.
Mines turned out the same way n i used the same products...i hate that because in my mind i be thinking ima be cute with curls

How long were you able to wear the puff before having to redo the twist out? How did you prep your hair that evening to maintain the style?
i think i wore it for maybe 3 days. i dont usually do my hair in any particular way at night to preserve anything. i just wear a scarf around my edges and then a satin cap and then i fluff my hair in the morning and go.
