yes it does. first poison is easy with combo 4-2-3.
after that just slowly find time to cast again

@@dealohagaming Yes the opening with 4-2-3 gives 5 stacks right away. My problem is later I ran out of energy. Is it right to not spam 1, and wait for energy to cast 2, after the opening?
