    Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen! Today I'm going to show you very tasty, tender and juicy pork steaks. Dinner can be so easy and delicious. All the recipes I cook are very simple and very tasty. My family loves this recipe, but this pork recipe blew everyone away. Quick and very tasty, prepared according to an incredible recipe. This easy pork recipe was a favorite with all of our guests and family. A simple but delicious recipe that anyone can make. Cook with love and you will succeed!
    Preparation and ingredients:
    1 kg pork (pork neck).
    Divide the meat into 4 steaks.
    Salt.
    Black pepper.
    Flip the pieces over and do the same.
    Brush the steaks with vegetable oil.
    Let the steaks rest for 10-15 minutes.
    Broccoli.
    Cut broccoli into small florets.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to a pot of boiling water.
    Add broccoli to boiling water.
    To preserve the vibrant color of broccoli, add 2 tablespoons of milk.
    Broccoli only takes 5 minutes to cook.
    Fry the pieces of meat for about 4 minutes on each side.
    Arrange the meat in the pan as shown in my video.
    Add some butter.
    A sprig of rosemary.
    Drizzle the pieces of meat with oil soaked in rosemary.
    Once the meat is browned, remove it from the heat.
    Chop 1 onion.
    Finely chop 4 cloves of garlic.
    Cut 400 g mushrooms.
    Add the onion to the pan and fry until golden brown.
    Put the mushrooms in a pan and fry them with onions.
    Add garlic.
    Add salt to taste.
    Cook mushrooms until all moisture has evaporated.
    Add 250 ml of cream 20%.
    1 teaspoon French mustard.
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
    Mix well.
    Place the pieces of meat on the mushroom cream sauce.
    Pour the remaining meat juice over the steaks.
    Cook the meat in mushroom sauce over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Remove the meat from the heat and arrange on a plate.
    Pour the mushroom sauce over the meat.
    Arrange broccoli on a plate.
