Thanks for the green seasoning video and other demonstrations. You are doing a good job and you helping thousands in the kitchen. Although I have taken many courses in International cuisines, I am still learning a lot from you. from you. Maybe you could ask the grocer to cut the pumpkin for you.

I love saltfish, it's like piscine bacon to me, so so tasty 😋 I also like it a little chunky to give the dish some texture. I think you could possibly grow your own pimento peppers if you can't buy them. Very well explained and demonstrated. Great skills. Your passion for your art is evident in every frame! You are so close to a well-deserved 100K subs now, it'll soon be time for limin' 🍾🍻🎉

Love that pumpkin so yummy. My husbands mom has tried to teach me her Roti preparing techniques and my wrist hurts to. I understand how you feel. H if you use a lemon during cooking she said use left over lemon and rub fingers hand md under nails with it under water. It took hot pepper residue off your hands. Yummy!!

I also have pain in my wrist, so my broiler is my best friend. Rub some oil on the outside of any hardy vegetables and put it on a foil covered baking sheet in your oven, I use my broiler on High and in about a half hour it becomes soft and easy to cut and it will be almost cooked so less cooking time on stove.

I came across the freezing the green seasoning tip in another video, but didn't do it because I could already see the hassle of taking them out of the trays! 😅
So I've been shying away from it for a while now, but since I have the silicone bottom trays now - I'll follow your example.
Fortunately too, I prefer mine blended fine - so it'll be easier to get in.
The best way that works for me to peel those pumpkins, is to microwave them to soften the skin & then use a vegetable peeler to get most of the skin off. Then finish up with a paring knife.
Gotta fine ways to save work on the wrist, since I cook for a living too!
I definitely want to try curry pumpkin, it looks delicious!

Wow! So yummyyyyy and delishious! I am dribbling here. I love pumpkin and roti. We make the 4 in one roti because it is easier to finish making the roti fast. It inside layers are really soft. You outdid yourself again! I do the same thing to preserve the herbs. I cannot eat to much pepper because of stomach issues but still love a little piece of it sometimes. I think that type of pumpkin is called a squash, because of the tough texture and skin, that is hard to cut through. But that is the only kind we use , it comes out dry like prasad sometimes.Yeah the marble counter top looks awesome. Girl you are almost at 100k subs can't wait to see you get that silver play button. First comment here.

Reshmi, just wanted to let you know that pimento peppers grow fantastic in Texas. When I lived there I planted a few plants in ground and in pots and they grew like nobody's business. I had so many pimentos that I had to freeze them and sadly a lot went bad because I couldn't use them fast enough. Plant just 2 in pots and you would have more than enough.

Ok cool. You won't be disappointed. I had dozens and dozens of large ziploc bags of pimentos that I gave away. A friend of mine had a Caribbean restaurant in Katy called "Spicy Isle" and I gave her most of what I had. And another thing...expect those peppers to be huge! You know what they say "everything is bigger in Texas"!

You had so much trouble cutting up that pumpkin/squash. I use it a lot in Boston and I found that if I baked it for about 11/2 hours with temperature 300 or 325 or prior to using; it's so much better. The pumpkin has a beautiful nutty flavor and cutting it is very easy. No hurting of your wrists. Just try it and you'll experience the difference.

Greetings from Trinidad! Congratulations on your UA-cam cooking videos! Everything looks delicious! But that was certainly a "fight" with that pumpkin! Hope your wrist was ok after that fight! Keep up the good work!

Girl, all you have to do is put the pumpkin in the oven uncovered for just a few minutes and the it will quickly soften! Just put the entire pumpkin on a pan without oil or anything, you have to watch it! because it will quickly soften in a few minutes!

Try putting the pumpkin in the microwave for couple minutes it softens the skin
