Well, Kevin you have a retirement plan right there!! Those are awesome. Really like the welcome sign with the bear and the whitetail deer on the slap of wood. I sure wish I had a building or a garage where I could devote some time to doing projects like that. I have the stuff to make knives, but I have to do all of that outside when the weather is good. Hand sanding the blades and the scales I can do inside, but the heat treating, tempering and major sanding I have to do outside. There will be a lot of people who will want to buy those. That base is what you need for doing that sort of stuff. Thanks for sharing! That is why I love watching your channel, you show us the tools and the technics that you use to do that. Getting better and better every video. Try putting past wax o the bottom of the the router to help it slide easier. You could already do that to planer and table saw. Also could you complete cover the wood with tape carve though the tape, paint then peel the tape?

If you have a printer that copies as well, you can copy the letters at say 50% to shrink down to different size.
