My SS Lupo will arrive Monday. Got the aluminum in gold, whick looks neat. That cap and base plate fit perfectly--zero play in it. THAT is premium quality and machining. I already have two of those nice leather travel cases when I got my Game Changers. Can't wait to get mine, but look forward to you giving it a go tomorrow. 👍
I like it, lol but I think I have too many razors unfortunately some I haven't even shaved with yet, trying to control my impulse purchases this year, I have the Gamechanger I love the price & quality of Razorock products.
Hi, after watching some of your videos I picked up 2 of the shaving bowls, Pereira Shavery Unbreakable Lather Bowl and Timeless Razor's BLUE Shaving Bowl, you use. Love them both helps make lather easier and faster!
It is a great razor, the coating looks and feels great, I just wiped mine with some mineral oil to give it a darker more slick look and get rid of any blemishes created by soap oils, it looks and shaves great!!
Very nice Chris. I have to agree about the razors and coatings over at Italian Barber. My RazoRock Hawk V1's coating isn't too good at all and the fit isn't too hot either but the razor still performs. Compare that razor to my RazoRock Eco and my MJ-90A, the coatings are way better along with the fit and finish. So they have definitely gotten way better over the years for sure.

That lupo really looks like a nice razor. I've noticed certain products in wet shaving you really have to jump on quick because they sell out. I have 3 $150-200 range ss razors. The game changer which was a fraction of the price is my favorite. Anyway, great video man.
I agree Ryan. I think eventually these razors will be more available and will be easier to get. The first number of batches always seem to go fairly quickly. I agree on the effectiveness of the GameChanger as well. It's as good as a lot of my higher priced razors as well.
Nice video Cris.exscusmi, but i looked for the defender there are no longer the green ones,they say that the fluidity increases. There are only those all black.the new,and many have cut them selves. Now I see if I can find the green ones,they say they are very different. Have you always used the green one, where do you them?in the site there are the new ones and that's it.maybe I try with harry 'a razor almost almost!

Hi Carmine. I hope you really enjoy it. I've enjoyed both the aluminum and stainless version. I've really never had a bad razorock razor either now that I think about it:)
I just recently received the aluminum version. I only shaved with it once so far. I dont know if its going to be as good to me as is it to you. It felt as is the razor was skipping on my skin as if it didnt glide due to the coating. I did however use a new soap for the first time so maybe it wasnt a good slick soap. Tomorrow I will try it again with a soap that I know is good. I did get a tad bit of irritation from it also but I have daily shaving doing 3 passes so I'm not going to give up on it just yet.
Definitely don't tap out just yet. I think Aluminum razors are probably more likely to have this sort of effect. Make sure you're getting plenty of moisture in your lather, maybe more than usual even. I've had terrific shaves with mine and I hope you manage to do the same with yours.
Chris how do you bowl lather hard triple mulled soaps? Do you still scrape off some and press it into a bowl? I’m liking your bowl lathering technique and it’s working well for me. I’d like to try it with some triple milled soaps but I was wondering if it’s worth the effort of scraping pieces off such hard soaps.
Sometimes I use a knife and cut a sliver off the top of the soap. (thin sliver) Otherwise I'll just load off the puck. Some of these soaps are so hard it's difficult to scrape off a big enough piece to make it workable, so I use a knife.

I have the aluminum Lupo but I swapped the aluminum handle for a Weber ss. It’s so far my favorite razor. Specially with a sharp blade.
Nice Jesse. I always liked the Weber Wave handle as well. It's too bad they don't make full razors anymore.

I have both as well, but I prefer the aluminum. At least for me I get a better shave with the aluminum.

The Green ones are the only ones I've ever used. I only have one of those left, so I'll have to try other blades after I use up my last greed one:)

Not a fan of all aluminium razors, but aluminium heads on titanium handles work well for me.
This one is Stainless. I tend to prefer something with a little heft as well.

Yeah it’s a great razor. I’m not too crazy about the DLC. I would prefer all stainless. Nonetheless another great razor from RR. 👍🏼🇺🇸

I completely understand. Some folks over hear are having a hard time getting hands on one as well.
That is expensive for my pocket Chris. That's why I don't have any stainless razor.
