You are so welcome. I use this computer and found the manual difficult to understand. I love the auto light function and the auto timer and distance functions. 🙏🏻😊
The manual states "If auto lights is disabled (No) the paired lights will remain stored as a saved connection. The computer does not try to form a connection with the lights." In my experience, if Auto Lights is turned off the lights will not go unless manually turned on. I just checked this on my bike and with Auto Lights off the lights do not go on automatically while riding even though the lights were paired. This suggests that one could turn on Auto Lights without disturbing the other connections but I don't know how to turn on Auto Lights in one maneuver (like with Night Mode). There is a relationship between Night Mode (press the front button 10 seconds and press Night Mode Yes) and the lights but just turning Night Mode on does not turn the lights on if Auto Lights is off. If Night Mode is turned on and Auto Lights is activated, the front light will change to Medium Steady and the rear light will change to Night Flash. If Night Mode is off (and Auto Lights is on) both the front light and the rear light are on Day Flash. But Auto Lights needs to be activated for Night Mode to affect the the way the lights flash. If you find an easy way to turn on Auto Lights let me know. Enjoy your riding and be careful out there. Jim
Hi James, I have a question on the "auto start" function when starting a ride. My setup was done with your help, but then when I go for a ride the computer just don't start registering new data. Ant tips on where to look?
Press the back button until the advanced set up appears. It will first ask you if you want to pair your sensors and you press “all” and let the computer search for sensors. It will only pair the sensors that you have. If you don’t have a power or a heart rate sensor, they will not be added to the computer. It then ask you to set up your lights. After you set up the lights, it will ask you to go through and set up the screen options that you want. When it asks you if you want to display power, heart rate and calories, press the front button to designate “no” and this will remove the power from the screen. I just looked at this video and it goes through this maneuver twice. You might want to review the video again and it should be clear. I don’t have a power or heart rate sensor on my bike so I don’t include them in the sensor set up and I remove them when I do the advanced set up of the screen options. Good luck. Sincerely, Jim.
Straight forward & accurate. Great video. Thank you, Sir.

Thanx for such an informative video of this. What would pairing the lights do if you dont use auto lights?

How do you connect sensors on the non elite version? Hold the back button for 5 seconds takes me to the main settings.
Did you ever figure that out
What about the computer back light?
It looks like you found the answer on your own. Thanks for watching.
How do you remove the power meter mode?
