JXB performance makes a carrier bearing replacement kit where you don't have to separate the driveshaft to replace the middle bushing. Did it recently in my mk7 Golf R since the stock one ripped and it was super simple. Did a great job here though definitely nice to see they are serviceable even when the dealer told me it wasn't. nice - I`m guessing that's two pieces and you have to cut the old one out? why theses manufacturers don't make driveshafts to be serviceable is beyond me - $50 bearing is a lot cheaper than a $1000+ driveshaft...pretty crazy

@ETMotorsports yep cut the old one and the new one is a 2 piece billet witch swappable bushing material 👍
