Matt Galik's Galaxy Award Presentation and the 2024 Teachers of The Year Awards

Matt Galik, our co-host and Mokena Historian, received the Mokena 159 school district's Galaxy Award. We were able to surprise Matt with the presentation of the award.
Also, on the last day of school for the 2024, the school holds a year end celebration. Part of the ceremony is the announcement of the teacher of the year from each of the 3 buildings. The awards are presented by the Mokena Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Melissa Fedora. Congratulations to all of the winners and to all of the teachers for their hard work throughout the year!
