- Hi everyone! so this video is going to be about Yunli’s kit overview. Some people said that she is just a limited clara, but honestly that kind of true, but there are some things about her kit that somehow makes her quite different from her! to find out more, watch this video until the end & I hope this explanation is clear enough for you to better understand Yunli’s kit. I swear aggro is a gamble with a 1 in a million chance of it going to the character thats destruction and activated taunt got lynx's skill on and march 7th shield on em
Ok so what i'm hearing is that instead of pulling for Yunli I should pull for her cracked lightcone and then slap that on my Clara😁
or get yunli and put her on your clara team

@@yukich248 Bad idea. You want Yunli to get hit and Clara to get hit. Single target enemies can only hit 1.

Short ans, yes.... but I hated that they decide to make her similar to Clara from top to bottom with extra utilities that make counter attack more potent. No shoes, same class and similar kit.....I think I'm just gonna skip Yunli because I already had a Clara without her sig LC. I'm just gonna roll for Yunli's sig LC for Clara.
or use both together
I honestly think it's better, she fixes the issues I have with Clara's variable and back loaded damage while effectively having all the parts I enjoy about Clara's gameplay.

Kind of disappointing that they basically directly powercrept Clara. She has the same element and type as her, so you can't even justify that she isn't just a direct upgrade. If they were gonna release a counterattack based character it should be in a different element or path. Looking at her art and the visual language around her, she is clearly designed like a Fire type character which is even more confusing.
Yanqing: first time?

I guess because Sam was fire destruction releasing another fire destruction hurts the roster. Also Clara kit is super clunky without eidolons and super problematic against current elites and bosses.
@@gyamfid.k5070 I used E0 Clara against Aventurine in MoC and did fine, with Fu Xuan, Tingyun, and Robin.
Use her and clara together against blast/aoe attacking bosses!
That's what I'm saying, man! Then put your Aventurine next to them and Robin on the other side. Watch all the follow-up attacks fly!

They’re really doing her dirty by making her both the same path and TYPE as Clara. I was so excited for her… but unless her characterization really carries I can’t justify pulling for her…
I have a problem with this unit, it lacks the most important part of the kit that Clara has, A gigachad Jotaro-reference Robot Named Svarog 🗿
But i need to say, that LC is HUGE, fixes the crit value of clara and also help with the aggro but the real winner is Blade its godlike on him, finally he can get aggro on his OWN and perfectly fits him.
I love how you have to time her ultimate and use it at the right time, and for those who don’t if you mess up two times the next ultimate will automatically mod that huge follow up attack

tldr: she gets hit = counter/fua. skill = heal. ult = enhanced counter/fua if she gets hit in time
Good Vid the reason i pull for Yunli is that i absolutely love counter attacks and she reminds me of Fu Hua from Honkai Impact 3rd
So does E6 mean all counter attacks launch counter cull since the block won’t be dispelled?
You know guys, getting yunli to E6 is a very painfull thing, while clara can get there with just being you unlucky (just like me with E3), an E6 clara is very busted if your gameplay is actually lucky in many gamemodes (like the new Simulated universe where enemies like to attack everyone) basicly, she is just a banner holder, copy my homework but don't make it look like mine situatiob
So, my idea team is like
Yunli/Clara/Robin/Sustain (Huohuo or Lynx)
If you rich, pull E1S1 Yunli and extra LC for Clara, then slap them next to each other. Use this team with AoE enemy and boom! Counter everything
Use both in one team side to side cuz why not
I probably don't have room to talk, since I just started playing in the middle of 2.1, but Yunli seems like a decent pseudo-sustain unit in fua teams.

so she can't really run tingyun in her comps. Otherwise she'll steal all the aggro.
I thought she wouldn’t be viable in AS, then i realized i was being stupid, she doesn’t need to be hit to trigger the big counter (it’s unreliable and waste a lot of damage normally) and because of that 1 specific buff in AS
They missed a great opportunity to introduce a more reactive gameplay using the counter system: they make her skill the 1st ever to be usable OUTSIDE her turn while still consuming 1 skill point. She can directly counter attack after ANY attack on ANY ally even outside the ultimate. This makes her dmg revolve even more around counters, and builds a little bit of skill point management, as well as reactivity to her gameplay. Everything else remains the same. Now, she has more potential in pure fiction as well as remaining viable in every other mode.
I hope she works well with Robin if her kit doesn't change too much
Clara was(and still is) such a powerhouse for tackling on difficult content early in the game
Hopefully they change her edilons cuz as of rn she not worth the investment but still gonna summon her cuz she's cute
She looked good on paper ,but I saw some of her gameplay and she looks bad to mid in practice.
She needs a higher taunt value and more dmg.
Outside of her counter she doesn't do any dmg.
Also she might be bad in MC and the new mode,because of the turn restrictions,thats why her dmg from her counters must be higher.
If you have a cracked clara/like clara's design sure Yunli is just a sidegrade
But for those like me whose clara hits like a wet noodle and prefer Yunli getting so many crit and atk buffs and swings a giant sword, I'm SUPER pumped for her.
Plus Yunli has a really unique counter mechanic that hits MULTIPLE times and I love

idk but i didn’t hear u explain it but why would ruan mei not be great with clara and yunli?
Ruan Mei wants to break enemies and then delay them with the debuff she applies with her ultimate.
Preventing enemies from attacking doesn’t mix that well with units that rely on enemies to attack for their damage.
@@waun11Yeah, Robin and Aventurine would be better, especially against AoE or blast damaging bosses. Just so many follow-up attacks, one after the other. Too bad there's no room in this comp for my E1S1 Topaz, though I guess she would technically be better on the team than Clara?
Some people gonna have her so cracked that she could propably solo moc easly :)

their multipliers are about the same. so its the case of "are they weak to physical or img?" but the real question - will she be able to solo sustain a team instead of Aventurine, now that's some potential crazy team damage territory

How they should rework yunli: make her counter trigger after 2 hits OR after she has been attacked and has used her skill, to compensate for this nerf double the dmg it deala
Could be like get hit once enters a block stance that taunts all enemies and second attack or when it’s her turn counter it. It also gives a stacking kind of thing and buffs coukd stack on her. Although her ult does do taunting so it’ll have to be sumn else
@@mariachi3217 yeah the idea of her like absorbing as much dmg as possible and then doing a follow-up atk would make her way cooler and really fit her heavyweight fighting style.
Yunli’s light cone is gonna make more money than Yunli herself !! Clara mains rise up !! I’m slapping it straight on my E4 Clara (currently 75%/160% crit stats. 4.1k HP, 3.6k ATK). I can farm more crit rate rolls. Aventurine and Robin sleeping good.
I can use Fu Xuan for 12% more crit rate but Robin/Clara/FX/Sparkle couldn’t get 40k stage 4 PF like Himeko/Clara/Aventurine/Robin could. She might be fine in MoC though.
That light cone also works for blade.
Welp, one more reason not to pull for her I guess. Good for me, I can save more wishes for Feixiao and Huaiyan.
I already have a well built Clara with maxed talent I don't want a better Clara. I rather get a new character.

There's some Soft Synergy with Yanking here. She will Taunt all Enemies to attack her.
She's Yanqing GF all right. There to Protect the Baby Girl from Being Bullied. 😂
You know what... fuck it. I'll consider that enough reason to build Yanking. I've had him on my account for months now, and I skipped Jingliu and her rerun anyways. If I can make a team with him and his girlfriend work then damn it that's what I'm gonna do!

if you're against aoe attacking enemies, it will be strong to use both along with robin and aventurine imo

No because that's anti synergy having 2 counter attacking taunters that want to get hit
@@MatthewCJoy You're forgetting that most bosses have blast/aoe moves, meaning that if one gets hit the other will also get hit.

And most of the bosses have an Ultimate that is AOE most of the time they will do single target attacks ,except for the Boss Version of Argenti who indeed does a lot of AOE.
Time to run both Clara and yunli together \o/

i think jiaoqui will be a better pull, i want to boast my Acheron's damage. Besides we already got firefly so fire dps not needed at the moment. There is only one reason to pull her, that is if you have Robin
Yunli is physical not fire
honestly the substain of yunli is ok, but i still prefer clara, like said you have to think of the team. at this point in time, i think her cone is amazing on clara. and will solve most her trouble, since it will make her more aimed and the buff is for the 2 next attack what is the two counter of clara. for me yunli is a pass, mostly because the game mode in the game is not tailored for counter team. take the new parallele universe, the bonus stage after the first and second boss is only two turn you can't really wait for the enemy to attack for do it.
same in high difficulty of this same mode, the boss have enrage what is not good. for me counter team is nice, but they need to add something for make it more interesting.

Easiest skip. Pretty boring playstyle. It is just like Clara but stronger.
