I had the good old Needle strapped to my waist and ran on a treadmill with a bergan to test mine, Military still uses old version from earl 2000s. Needle and wired up, run while the needle is in the leg.

I just did this test yesterday, for exertional compartment syndrome. No anesthesia because it can apparently mess with the pressures. It wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be. I got sticked two times per leg, twice. It does hurt a bit but honestly, walking the next day or two is worse in my opinion.

Thank you.Dr. Lee I am just diagnose of this. My Dr. gave me med. and asked to put cold compress twice a day. Looks like it is not easing down. What should I do? Will massage help? Hope I can hear from you. Thank you so much.

Get your GP to refer you to a specialist consultant. Either vascular (to check no PAES or PAD going on); I saw a vascular surgeon and a spine surgeon who did a doppler ultrasound and an MRI to check it isn't something else. I then got referred for a pressure test which is happening in the next few weeks - hope that helps you figure out what is going on!

I was literally on the same position as you for the past 8 years, and only now I’ve been to get it pressure tested. And kerching, the pressure on my compartment was insanely high, And now having surgery ( fasciotomy surgery) look it up
