Example: Compare 2 Person preparing for Gate in Order to get Admission in IITs. Person A doesn't have much interest in Coding but he wants to prepare for GATE because there is no other best option left for him after passing out from a Mediocre College.On the other hand,Person B also belongs to the same College, but his Passion is to Solve Coding and Mathematical Problems throughout his Life. If Both A and B gives equal amount of hours of effort(let 2,500 hours) for the Preparation of Gate,will their score be Similar? Chances are,that their scores will be much Different even if their Preparation Strategies are Same. In my experience, if you are putting effort in a Domain that does not fascinates you or interests you then you might end up being above average and earn for a better living, but it will not make you Stand Out from the Crowd. So my Suggestion would be to Choose only those Domain as a Career for which you WANT to work your entire life.

Sir, thanku for the initiative which you are taking to motivate us but the earlier videos which you had made in which you used to motivate us for 30-40mins in the general videos were better.Here it is seeming as if you are just elaborating the linea said by great people but in thoise general videos it was like you were motivating us,the effect and power in it was more.
Those videos can be rewatched I guess. You can't expect someone to reiterate the same philosophy in the same style several times to make you feel better.

I don't know if 10000 hours work or not, but 10000 iterations followed by proper analysis will help you master most of the things :)
