I acidentally boosted my mate, because I dropped to Faceit level 1 or 2 but I play like level 6-7, i was just really, really unlucky in my teams because i would always solo que and level 4 entry level can be very unlucky with random ques when you have total noobs in your team. Then I was looking for some mates in forums, but my profile was still level 1 or 2. Then I played with a guy who is level 7 and we won like 10 matches in a row just when we qued together. It is my main profile and there is nothing I can do for dropping down on elo. I'm now level 4 and going 5 and he is going 10. He is kinda level 10 boosted because I lowered our elo so much when in fact playing much better. I once had topfrag 150 adr in 10, 9,7, 7 and 5 enemy lobby, i was topfragging with elo level 3 on 900 elo and they all had twice at much elo. Faceit should fix matchmaking. I accidentally boosted my mate to level 10. He is kinda 8 he says. Enemies would say im smurfing, but I'm not, I just started playing last year and do workshop every day and play like 50h per week for 1 year.

That's what i have seen in premier actually, i play sometimes better against 20k elo player than in a 12k elo game, and you can see sometimes in 20k elo games that the enemy (or your mates) are doing weird things (like silver things, like rushing everywhere everytime, aim the legs, bad aim placment, bad movements etc

@@dEAGLE-CS nah it was a problem in csgo aswell supreme master first class and global elite player were usually worse than mg1-mg2 players because most people got boosted to those ranks now boosting to global elite is impossible so premier is the main target so this aint getting fixed soon

Damn, I had no idea about this being such a big thing! My opinion: Someone who gets boosted doesn't really enjoy playing the game. They care about what other people think of them (because they possibly have low self esteem), and therefore they need a good rank. The result is that they not only waste their money, but end up being frustrated with the game even more, since after getting boosted, the opponents are suddenly way out of their league. This may even completely ruin their reputation among friends, since if they actually play with the boosted player, it will be clear that the player is completely out skilled by everyone else (you can always say it was a bad game, but if you play multiple games in a row and you are always 2-16 at the end, they'll see right through it). If the friends find out the player bought boosting services, it will shatter their reputation even more, and they will be called out as cheaters, fakes, etc. What I can say as a seasoned Counter Strike player, is that your rank doesn't matter (besides, you get it for playing with and against random people, rather than games between stable, organized teams). Not everyone can be ZywOo, and not everyone can be even decent at the game. Some people are simply not very good, and that's okay. If you're one of them, don't sweat it. Ignore what other people think of your skills. You may not be as good as them in CS, but you are surely better than them at something else, perhaps a different game or a practical skill. Or you may just be a nicer person. Everybody is good at something. Find whatever it is for you and be proud of yourself. You don't need validation of other people when it comes to your CS skills. Of course, if you want to be a pro, you need to improve. Elo boosting is not going to help you. Even if you just want to be half decent because you enjoy the game, you have to learn. And believe me, you can do it. Maybe you can't be a pro, only very few people achieve that, but you can be decent at the game. You can be better tomorrow than you are today. And if you really try, if you do aim training, if you hone your game sense, if you learn map callouts, if you practice grenade lineups, study how pro teams play, etc., you will reach a higher rank than you thought was possible, and it will actually feel rewarding and fun. Of course, not everyone has the time or the will to do that, and that's okay too. You can just play your silver level MM, or your 5k elo Premier match and still have fun. Have fun getting kills, winning rounds, playing close games. Certainly better than being boosted and getting destroyed every round by people who are simply better at the game. TLDR: Know your worth. Games are supposed to be fun. It's okay to be bad at them, not everyone can be good. If you're not good at CS, you are surely good at something else. Everybody is good at something. No one is expecting you to be good at CS, yet if you try hard enough, you can get good. If you enjoy the game, enjoy it at your own skill level, it will be more fun. If you don't enjoy it, just quit playing and do something you enjoy!
the only screenshot I saved is one where I missed global elite cus one simp boosted an e-girl. Was really close and the booster had to sweat really hard to bring me down. shattered me tbh, already won 10+ games at supreme and no uprank, and then my uprank was gated like that. This was like 8 years ago tho.

Even if you make it you career will last like 1-2 years and you gonna get minimum wage salary.

In CS there’s literally 0 reward other then flexing your E weiner, I understand call of duty boosting I.E. games with in game rewards for rank. But in cs I’d rather have fun in silver messing around with friends then paying to be boosted to a rank I’d never play good in.

But I would never want to be boosted, I want my rating to represent my actual skill and I enjoy a challenge. the "boosters" are negatively impacting other's experience. That's what happens. Let's say you are a 25k player and you play in a 10k lobby to boost someone. You'll 1v9 every single round. I bet even your teammates will start to get bored eventually (might even get kicked lmao). So no. a booster is a cancerous player. "boosting" is the actual reason why I stopped playing league after 13 years.
Valve can't really do anything. How do you tell the difference between someone who paid for a boost or a level 10 playing on alt with his friend or gf?

I wouldn't personally consider it boosting. You are just playing with a friend of yours, who happened to be good at the game. That is a lot different than purchasing a boost from a website.
I assume at my 3k Elo, there are no Boosted accounts? Sometimes though I get games where 1k Elo is the best performing in the game, outperforming even 5k Elo players. You have trouble with boosted players. I have trouble with smurfs. We are not the same.

Ive been accused of being boosted alot of times. The fact is you cant stay consistent you have good days you have bad days. Sometimes youre just tired but you still want to play. The majority of these cases are just bozos coping hard thinking they're better than the player under performing.
LOL its cheaper to just cheat. In premier, cheats are free, that is a fact, and you won't be banned. In face it, its harder, but there are much cheaper paid cheats for face it that work and are undetected and always were/are. So paying 200$+ to "boost" is stupid and more expensive.
As far as my research goes, they are not. Remember that you have the option for the booster to livestream the games played. The customer would see it. I am very confident in saying that the vast majority of boosts do not involve cheating.

That is the most popular type of boost. It is an "extra" you can pay for while ordering your boost.
