I love my Bosch Universal Plus. My husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday 6 yrs ago and I told him I want a mixer the Bosch, kitchen tool. He's a carpenter so knows what it's like to wanting a good tool in any work. So he bought me the Bosch! Thank you
This is the best video demonstrating the Bosch mixer! I’ve searched and searched and so glad I just happened to have stumbled upon your channel this morning! Thank you so much.
I recently bought my Bosch mixer and I love it. I had a kitchen aid mixer and it vibrated so much it fell off my countertop. I am so glad I bought the Bosch. I will highly recommend it.
Our Bosch has going strong for over 20 years. My daughter and wife got a kitchen aid because "they look pretty". I warned them. After a year the motor burnt out on it. Bosch still going strong.
This machine also kneeds the dough faster than Ankarsrum for example however I agree with your wife and daughter, pretty machines has a place in the kitchen but this machine you'll have to hide.
Still loving my Universal after 20+ years. BTW I bought the Bosch Compact mixer from you a couple of months ago and I'm very impressed with how well it kneads bread dough. For anyone with limited space or only wanting to make one or two loaves of bread it can't be beat imho
I am planning on getting a Bosch in the next couple of months and I can not WAIT!! I have a big heavy duty Kitchen Aid but I hardly use it because it's too big to fit on my counters (too tall to fit under the cabinets) and it's so heavy I'm reluctant to get it out! Then when I DO use it, it struggles to handle even just two loaves! After talking to a good friend of mine who has a Bosch I've decided to make the switch. Since my kids eat bread faster than I can make it hopefully this will help me get ahead!
My brother and I were the first ones in the U.S. to do home baking demonstrations using the Magic mill and the Bosch Breadmixer. We tried to get the rights to sell Bosch doing home demonstrations, along with Magic mill but one of our salesmen found what we were doing and went around us using info she got from a bank employee who, against bank regulations gave out our information. She was able to use that info to get an agreement to sell Bosch directly to the home. I had my original Bosch for over 30 years and still going strong before I gave it away.
I could say almost the same thing. Parents bought the same combo. Wish I could find that old Magic Mill. If I'm not mistaken, it was mostly Mormons who were buying back then. My one now, came from D I. Six whole dollars. steve
HI....wondering if you happen to have a recipe for 100% whole wheat bread that uses SOURDOUGH STARTER as the raising agent, Carole---or that you can direct me to where I might locate one?? I would be very grateful!! Thank-You, Carole! (I have a health issue with commercial yeast). 😅😅
Excellent video, no frills but very relatable and with substance. Thank you.

I was just going to write the same thing...but you got there first! 😊

That’s so cool.
My left ear really enjoyed your video.
😂

I hope boach has you on their payroll. Best bread video EVER. 😊

Have the Compact for 13 years, bought it used and it's still going strong making bread and everything else.

Great video I’ve been making whole wheat bread for a year and it’s just so I did not use dough eanhancer or gluten now I know what to do.
Great demo, thank you.

Hello. Are you baking in convection oven or regular bake at those temperatures please? 🌺🐝🌺
Wonderful informative videos! Thank you!

Beautiful loaves .
Hi, what wheat berries did you mill? What brand?
At the 12:15 point, did you mean "oven spring"? I've not heard it called "bread spring". Nice loaves, though!
Do you have recipes using sourdough starter? I need that for the pre digestion and health benefits.
Why the oil and sugar?
Carole, could you please tell me what the temperature of the inner loaf should be when it's done ~ I would appreciate it very much----thanks!! ❤
190-200 F.
I cannot hear the speaker.
I line my bread pans with foil and no oil (except what I use on my hands to shape it). The baked loaf comes out easily and foil peels off easily =).
Is this machine available for sale in the US?
Yes
The mixer sound drowns out your talking. Do you have a way to do voice overs?
I agree. Too noisy for such a good information. Thanks
@@kamilastraker5511 I was thinking of getting one of these mixers, until I heard how loud it is. Imagine what it's like on the fastest speed.
Aquí en México, dónde se consigue?
Creo que aqui en Mexico no la hay solo en usa.!!!
I don’t think you can purchase the 800 watt motor anymore.
According to Bosch it’s the same motor but the ratings system changed how they evaluated motors.
@@jenniferduenes24that is correct, because of how UL rates their motors, they had to relabel them as 500 W, but still the same motor.
כמה זה עולה
So I guess that’s why bread companies use all that stuff in the bread.
The audio is painful…..
