I have really good news for you my friend, fortunately 4th gen preludes come pre-wired for fog lights and I recently found that out. I got rid of the ebay harness and used the factory harness. The relay connector is hidden under the dash next to the steering column and it is taped with blue tape. You will need a 4 pin relay for that connector and a switch for connector under your center console or the one that is behind the tweeter. You can leave the lights on upon bumper removal just disconnect them after it's free
Your right. I dont even know why I removed them.
I think the 94-97 Integra fog light kit would've fit easier they're smaller than the EG fogs.
