I simply ask Archangel Michael to surround me with a pink bubble of protection to keep out black magic, negative energy and any black magic used against me. Try it, he is so happy to protect you.
In my experience, angels meditations are the most effective way to remove negative energies!
I appreciate that you opened my mind to asking for help from angels, and Archangel Michael in particular. I also was intrigued and curious about haunted places, earth bound spirits, etc, when I was younger and I got a little freaked out. I have learned to get the help I need to do what I'm here to do without getting bogged down with other people's stuff. I just have to consistently practice that.

This is Esther in Las Vegas. My oldest son who is a starseed has had 3 seizures in 5 weeks. Unheard of. I found out he had a very dark energy attachment to him. He’s sleeping now and I hope he wakes up better. I understand that starseeds are really under attack. I was advised to call upon St. Germain and the violet flame.

Thanks Lisa. Your Angel meditations have really helped me to connect with them. Now I am more confident to do it myself, and I sometimes 'send' Archangel Michael ahead of me to clear energies to places where I know there might be communication difficulties for example. with certain people.
