1 Marinate the fish with some light soya sauce. Squeeze the ginger n spring onion all over the fish in a bowl.
2 In another bowl, add some salt, some chicken stock granules, pepper, oyster sauce , light soya sauce n some corn flour. Mix together with some water.
3 The rest , u just follow how he cooks the fish.
4 Hopefully, my explanation helps.
P.S. Marinate the fish for 20 mins according to him but I would marinate for 30 mins to get better flavour.
