Good video, interesting for me. I have both services as Plus and Pro and am constantly comparing the web search capabilities myself. But you're right, it doesn't seem to be so much in focus.
Keep in mind that not even Perplexity gets everythijng right. It can also be wrong, depending on the query. i.e., like chatGPT, it's still evolving / under dev
It means gpt can now browse other articles on the same website if you ask it and give you back a direct link that is always 100% perfect, getting multiple sources isn’t jard but before it would take from just one, it was gpt 2 level dumb, now it literally searches the whole web and gives you in a record time every result you could ever find if you tried, i did a test for a very uncommon search theme and it literally gave me what i searched for over 1 hours + in detail in a few seconds, i was shocked.
Ie his tests are kinda silly here because he expects it to choose the website he has up and others clearly woulden’t be as up to date. This is not the use case.
