Halloween isn't celebrated widely in East Asia. It's really only celebrated in areas where there are large groups of American or Canadian foreign residents, like in Minato or Setagaya (Tokyo, JP), Itaewon (Seoul, ROK), or Zhongshan (Taipei, Taiwan). So, I'd doubt Jenny would know.
