What does "ET-63" stand for? it is marked on the lens hood.
I've seen 58mm lens hoods with ET-60 marked as well.

Those are different budget devices. 700D is better camera but it is more expensive. If you can afford it, as a DSLR beginner, good choice would be 750D (newer model of 700D) or 700D.
