    Ingredients: batter
    3 cups raw rice
    1/2 cup boiled rice or idli rice
    1 cup urad dal
    1/4 cup moong dal
    1/4 cup chana dal1/4 cup tover dal
    1 sp methi seeds
    2 sp poha
    1 sp sugar
    1 sp sooji
    red chutney :
    2 sp chana dal
    1/2 onion
    5 to6 garlic cloves
    little tamarind
    salt
    4 red[ chillis byadigi ]
    aloo sabji:
    4 medium potatos
    2 onion
    mustard
    1 sp urad dal
    curry leaves
    ginger grated
    oil
    turmeric little
    salt
    lemon half
    3 green chillis
    mooli paratha
    1/2 kg radish
    it's leaves also used
    1/2 sp turmeric
    1 sp red chilli powder and daniya powder each
    1/2 sp garam masala
