All your dosa recipes are good, but moolangi paratha is not correct. You don't have to cook the moolangi, it should be filled raw with dry masala. Try raw moolangi with dry masala it will taste better.
Thank you. In any recipe there is no fixed way of preparation Which says incorrect or correct . Paratha can be prepared any way. Modifications are made. More over moolangi was not cooked. It was mixed with other ingredients for better blending. Even this tastes better why don't you try.
I m in this field for the last 30 years, travelled all over India. Every year I train students in culinary. I watch some of the pathetic cooking videos just wanted to say every dish is originated from a particular state , so when you are showing your method, don't forget to mention the original recipe also. It's easy to make videos like this but knowing the knowledge is important. I m sure you are much younger than me by age.
