A day in my life | 6-11am in my life as a stay at home mom of 3

Mornings are my most productive time of the day. The afternoons not really 😊. I leave that time for being present in the present with my 3kids. It is not necessarily quiet all afternoon. Some times I get overwhelmed in the afternoon and we just binge watch on some reality shows. Sometimes we do some fun acitivities .
Offcourse these are snippets of my morning but it is my go to routine that I can bank on for a "flowy" morning.
