I'm an over the road truck driver. Trying to communicate with other truck drivers is a pain in the butt especially when they don't speak English. I'm 52 years old I used to vote only Democrat and now I had I've switched over to Republican and I'm voting for a Republican in the 2024 election. My wife is so happy that I finally switched over I told her she was right and I was wrong sometimes you have to listen to the the one you love. All my all my in-laws they're all Republicans but I was raised Democrat all my life my mother my father my stepmother my stepdad they were all Democrats. So I didn't know any better. Or I was only taught one way. I'm half African American and half Caucasian but I'm still an American citizen I speak pretty good English I think. But I do remember being taught at least if when you come to this country you have to learn the language. And now you don't even have to learn the language and now apparently you don't even have to be a you can come here illegally I thought what the heck this is what all my voting led to yeah well I'm sick of it and so I've changed my tune and I'm absolutely Republican. Apparently they just give CDLs class A CDL truck drivers new ones even if you're not from this country they give you a work visa so you can just go be a trucker I'm completely appalled by this. I lived in Bolivia for 4 years. Even though my children were going to an English speaking school, so they would not lose their English, I made sure they Spanish. As did I. I knew that they weren’t learning Spanish. I had them take part of their summer vacation time and attend a Spanish speaking school.
