By the comments it seems to have worked in the past but on the newer versions of 11 no long does.

guys if u want to remove the watermark, you have to unplug your PCIE cable from your GPU and plug it back in. Its basically restarting it for you. Word on my momma it works. If u have a work computer, then i don't know how to answer that.

Nope, first reboot watermark is back. Odd, this watermark isn't on a old i7-2600, or the Ryzen 2700x that I installed 11 over a week ago.

if you want to remove it at the last part where you change the paintdesktopversion value to 4 change it to 0 and the after a restart the text should be gone (I also had this problem)

Not gonna down play this video... BUT:
This isn't the best way, it also leaves an annoying windows build number on bottom right that I had to get rid of by following this video in reverse and changing everything back to default and deleting "KMS". There's a way better method out there that actually activates your windows for free and looks clean. P.S. you didn't hear it from me.
