Thank you. This felt great through the whole body and I feel extremely relaxed. I appreciated the alongside guidance rather than just telling us what to do - this made it really easy. One small suggestion for future videos - perhaps verbal guidance in and out of each rep would allow us to follow along our exercises without having to come out of the move to check the video. This might also make it accessible for people with visual impairments. But mostly, just thank you for this lovely video 🙏
These stretches are brilliant for me and l feel so much better after doing them. thank you so much . helping with my joints and arthritis issues. Nice and easy instructions with a relaxing calm routine.
Been getting into things such as yoga since having quite a few issues with my body at such a young age, honestly can’t big you up enough, I’ve not felt such genuine improvement from one sitting quite yet this routine has been perfect and I appreciate this highly, thankyou I will making this into a routine from now 🎉❤

Most of this I can do but having a arthritis in foot knees and hips and two injurys on my back one was a bruised coaxis heavily bruised other I tightent all.muscles and ligaments in back top to bottom but it was physio got me walking again with that and physio exercises for bruised coaxia and 6 weeks of work been back. 4 months to work and doc hinted at arithic lower back 😊 19:46
