The person who wrote the second amendment was James Madison. He co-wrote the Federalist Papers with Alexander Hamilton to help people understand the Constitution. In Federalist Paper No. 29, the second Amendment is explained in great detail. It states that it only applies to a well regulated militia, and that attempting to include all citizens would be doomed to failure. It explains why including all citizens would be doomed to fail because the degree of mandatory training necessary to QUALIFY as a well regulated militia would be a massive burden (essentially citizens having a second job) citing a huge blow to the economy, and that was assuming they working citizens wouldn't skip the training. It continues to state that it therefore falls to the states to organize the militia and keep it well trained even when it wasn't needed and foot the bill for making that people's primary profession... so that when it became needed the states could lend their military power to the federal government when needed for the common defense, while acting as a check against the federal government should it become tyrannical.

He looks black/mixed when you look closer
First thing he should have done is phone the police
imagine the cam driver was a police 💀
Wearing a company uniform, has his license on display, wreckless driving, road rages against a cam driver, and throw stuff at him in an attempt to get him to spin out and crash and probably die
That man is for sure going to prison
Lil princess didn’t know how close he was to staying on that freeway
There wouldn't be much road rage if California didn't violate the 2nd amendment.
He would have been taking a dirt nap as soon as he approached the window
Wrong. Simply approaching a car window is not grounds to cap someone - anywhere.

The little guy in the "blue uniform" is probably suffering from the "Banty Rooster" syndrome.
I don't know what the laws read on people who cause accidents due to road rage. But the victims of road rage should be able to bring their video of the incident to the police and have them arrested for at least reckless driving.
