Please i have an issue on my Perkins 4000 series Heinzmann Actuator, when on the ignition instead of Actuator to move anti clockwise as oppen it will move to clockwise as in off, the spindle will be very strong in off position. But when off it from battery supply it will be free, and move both directions. So could be the problem?
@@benzblogsVlogs the actuator is rotating when push by hand, but when battery is connected it will not move to the normal direction, it will move to off and be strong you can not rotate it by hand.

But actuator of this engine is not rotate just push two arms?
