I've full comboed USA special mode, and somehow managed to clear the miwaku geku special mode, but the flick notes in dance of the apocalypse right before the spp always mess me up 😭 I can't get that part right now matter how hard I try

as someone who's very much a new player and has prior experience to other idol rhythm gacha, I'm telling you that dance in the apocalypse and gate of the abyss aren't that bad. there are more hellish EX maps that I couldn't clear after 5 tries.
When I saw the first song I was like *YES* because even on normal mode (I normally play 8.5 speed on hard) it still scares the living daylights out of me like even hearing the song will make me hide in a corner 😭😭😭 it scared me so much a a beginner

I would like to do the opposite. Playing these harder levels may be hard that I can't even clear them but it does helped me with getting better at playing the lower levels songs.

depending on you it could be! I currently think it's easier but I've also had times where I played on very small notes
for me, bigger notes makes it easier to actually hit them but smaller notes make it easier to be accurate/get perfect notes on the ones you do hit
