Description about the episode:
The Clue Club investigate a museum robbery in which the jewels are swiped one by one and Uncle Salty is suspected to be the thief. There seems to be a connection with the lighthouse Uncle Salty once worked in. Larry recreates the crime scene to expose the thief as Mr. Gooch and his trained mouse Barrymore.

Any fellow fans out there who would like to see Larry getting married to Pepper?
D.D. and Pepper would make a cuter and more interesting match but to be honest when I was growing up I always wanted Pepper for myself.
For starters, it just happens that when they’re not out on a case, it’s Larry who’s going steady with Pepper. So, 9 times out of 10, they’re going to be trading vows of matrimony. D.D., on the other hand, is most likely to have Anne Chan from “THE AMAZING CHAN & THE CHAN CLAN” for his spouse, and it does give her father Charlie Chan, Jr., a second caucassian son-in-law, seeing as how oldest daughter Suzie by now is Mrs. Ernie Devlin from “DEVLIN”. Ofcourse, given the fact that Ernie Devlin and his siblings Todd and Sandy are maternal first cousins to Larry is a factor to keep in mind, not to mention that their mothers also have a sister who married into the Cassidy family and had Butch Cassidy of “BUTCH CASSIDY & THE SUNDANCE KIDS”while having a paternal uncle who’s the father of the skiddish caucassian brunette named Brenda from “CAPTAIN CAVEMAN & THE TEEN ANGELS” while one paternal aunt went down south and married into a family named Boggs, which resulted in a son named Woody followed by a daughter Cindy Mae who turned out to have a knack for solving mysteries with their bloodhound Buford; whenever the moon comes out, it has an odd effect on Buford in general, but above all else, whenever they’re not driving about Fenoke County in their 1973 Chevrolet C10 Custom Deluxe or 1978 Ford F Series Ranger pickup truck then they’re out on one of bayous in their airboat. However, D.D. is also maternally related to Rita from “THE GALLOPING GHOST” as well as being paternally related to Velma from “SCOOBY-DOO”. Now, even though Pepper and Dottie are both siblings, they have some interesting relatives as well, for example, their father is a brother to the father of Fred from “SCOOBY-DOO” as well as the fact that he’s the brother of Rosemary from “HONG KONG PHOOEY”, and on their mother’s side of the family, they have as first cousins the following characters:
April from “FUNKY PHANTOM”,
Laurie from “INCH-HIGH PRIVATE EYE”,
Melody of “JOSIE & THE PUSSYCATS”,
Taffy from “CAPTAIN CAVEMAN & THE TEEN ANGELS”,
Merilee from “BUTCH CASSIDY & THE SUNDANCE KIDS”,
Jana from “JANA OF THE JUNGLE”,
and Jonny Quest of “JONNY QUEST”.
Now, all of these elements are the ingredients for a good crossover story for submission to www.fanfiction.net, then we just let it roll from there.
