I love the design! Our engr’s 1st design was almost like this, and it costs 3.5m.
Architect ang mga nagdedesign ng ganyang bahay po and not engineer basta sa design and planning architect yan ang engineer sa structural sila po :)

Sana mag design din po kayo ng 300sqm pero ganyan parin design
I'm sure i see this drsign in 1 of ur video because only on a differet color or orietatio, I like this drsign, ver typical for not so big family, can I kindly request this same type but not in red color? like in wooden brown +stone gray + bluish white with tropical vibe and a roof deck where there were more plants, area for exercise, a place to relax and star gazing
Also can u remove the bathroom sink in the hallway on the second floor beside t&b room instead a large glass window for lighting with indoor plant for a touch of greenery, can u also make a large glass window in the stairs for more natural light effects with art piece big chandelier fixture.
