What if the player enters the Trigger Box but decides not to proceed yet and goes the other way? Some players might do that. Will it trigger the event again when the player proceeds the second time? since a destroy actor on end-overlap has been added. Thank you!
When the player enters the trigger box, the player cannot move and the camera looks towards the jumpscare, and then the player can move again. So the player cannot go other way if the player have entered the trigger box already, as I have done in the tutorial.

You just have to do the same, with the Sequence you want :). Or just use a box collision that activates the Sequence.
