I used to do this one back in the 70s when I was just beginning to learn guitar. I didn't start until I was 22. I didn't know the name of the tune all the years I played it on the straight as a busker. These fellows do a bang-up job, for sure. I was trying to figure out who is doing the high part harmony and who is doing the low part and I watched closely and listened. I'm pretty sure it's the fellow on the left, the thinner of the two,singing the higher.Still guessing , though. I am not sure where these two handsome gents want to go with their music but as a person who at one time thought he could conquer the world with his music [that would be me],I will offer my advice. Keep these mournful tunes to a minimum. So many of Hank's songs we're pure swing. I never did thoroughly delve into Bob Wills. Do yourself a favor and study his success and the 'why' of it.And of course,Willy and Waylon,.. if I live that long, I will be looking for you in the big marquis lights.! One last thing: consider the venues you will be seeking to play at. Is it a listening audience? Is it an audience that is trying to meet new people? Is it a dancing audience? I'm sure you get the idea. Let the music take you,... Not make you into something or somebody you are not. Play the heart songs! Play the songs that people love to hear. Love songs as Bob Dylan showed us and Woody Guthrie,... Are the songs that win an audience every time. Be careful of the lonesome blues, songs. Good luck.
