MASSIVE gold deposit found and proven!

- The first test to calculate the gold deposit on my Trout Creek claim, was too small to be conclusive proof that the deposit of gold in this claim was actually 1/2 million dollars. We calculated that with .3 grams per yard of gold. To prove that this deposit actually has that much more testing was required. I put together a small team of gold panners and gold prospectors to test the deposit in 3 different spots to see if we got the same results all around. The results were better than hoped and we are very happy with the gold we found. Check it out!

Great video Dan, can't wait for part II. Question: In the frame at 10:57 it looks like there is a lot of good paydirt still sticking to the rocks, the HB isn't fully washing them. Isn't that probably your best dirt and how much do you think you may have lost? Anybody pan that lost dirt to see? Wish you and your growing team the best.

Towards the end of the video I think you might have shown what is called "graded bedding". Imagine a flood that has enough energy to carry those larger rocks. While the largest rocks are moving, the energy of the system will be sufficient to carry all the gold along. The flood eventually will begin to subside and the largest rocks will stop moving. Sand and smaller pebbles along with almost all the gold will stay in suspension or bounce along the bottom in what is called the "bed load". As the flood slows more, sand and gold will begin to deposit in the spaces between the large rocks.
The process will continue as the flood subsides with smaller and smaller sand grains being dropped. Eventually silt and mud will deposit and the flood ebbs to the point where the waters are relatively calm. Thus the grain size in the deposit will be graded from coarse the the bottom to finest at the top. The very largest river rocks will be protruding through perhaps all of the deposit.
