Duckling leg injury & recovery

Literally the day after I filmed the Ducklings last week, the smallest one injured it’s right leg quite badly, it looked as if it had ripped it open on the concrete edge of the lake while trying to jump out. There was a flap of skin hanging off and it was hopping really badly, I was quite worried for it. Anyway, just over a week later and it has almost healed up, and jut in the last couple of days it the Duckling has started putting some weight on it so hopefully it will be a full recovery. They are now 4 weeks 4 days old as of 17 July.
