I'm not ashamed to say that, as a 47yr old man, that was once sweet moment. The second his paws touched the ground, he ran to is Dad, tail going a mile a second. He knew whom was his guardian, and truly which one cared for him the most ...

I first left him with my then wife after only having him for 4 months, she was pretty smug in thinking that he wouldn’t recognize me but he ran right up to me as soon as he saw me. Same thing happened when I was getting my divorce, I had to leave him with her for almost a year and a half due to being in the Army I couldn’t take him with me but the minute I rescued him from her he remembered me and we’ve been inseparable. My favourite one was a high school kid and her mum suing two other older teens after they supposedly stole her schoolbag, which they of course deny doing. Judge J asks the girl what was in her bag and she starts listing things, one of the defendants jumps in saying that such-and-such wasn't in the bag and Judge J smiled and immediately found for the girl and her mom. One of the shortest court appearances ever I think.

These would especially include those rulings that might have changed the direction in which a child would have gone. If the mother of the overweight boy had spent more time teaching her son the meaning of no, and of self-restraint, there is a possibility the girl might be alive and the boy might be healthier.

I know it isn't a real courtroom, and there isn't enough time for all evidence to be put forward, however, there are still many times I believe she hasn't made the correct decision or hasn't been fair. I HAVE noticed though, she has often ruled one way in some exact cases, to opposite in other cases...AND if litigants piss her off or not.
