Sir, please excuse me as this is a bit off-topic, If a planet is exalted in rasi, debilitated in navamsa and again has neechabhanga conditions in the navamsa, is it possible it can come out of the condition? I learned from articles online that exaltation or debilitation in navamsa is god's wish and there is no hope even it attains neechabhanga in D9, is this right?
Yes, neecha in D9 is not preferable. My Guru has said that they dont consider neechabhanga in D9 to be that effective. However something is better than nothing. So if there is a neechabhanga there is some hope.
