Im rotated in S3 to BDK. So much fun this tank , and the tier set bonus is pretty cool ❤ Actually u can imagine how strong is BDK, I soloed the last boss in AtalDazar from 20% healt on 16 key 😂😂❤
I’m new to playing BDK, do you have a start guide for DBK? You explain everything perfectly I just don’t know where to start with action bars and how to be able to properly tank with it without hurting my party.
For starting a rotation use Dancing rune weapon off cd. I forgot if it's a talent but it should give you 5 bone shield use either bone shield adding attack and it should bring you to 10 stacks. Make sure to use blood boil before the Dancing rune weapon ends as it can stack up to 3 times assuming you take the talent that gives you a 2nd DRW. From there you're going to want to build up Runic Power for death strikes sprinkling in Anti magic shell, vampiric blood, and ice bound fortitude when needed. Another important thing learning which mobs have which mechanics. For example on everbloom I sometimes save ice bound fortitude for the frost mages if I ever do get stunned by their orbs. I'd say 99% of the time I'm spamming heart strike / death strike and keeping my boneshield topped off for general advice. Abom limb and deaths grip are so useful for interupts and what you need to interupt with it also comes with time. That's about it. Blood dk is pretty fun and easy just let me know about questions if you have any.
Anyone have any idea how to survive when gathering mobs and keeping agro? I feel great tanking but sometimes I go into pack and unless I pop fort or lich I'm dead
Hello one question..Should i set my loot spec to unholy when i M+ and or raiding and when i open vault? because Cataclysmic signet brand for example i can't roll on raid as blood dk loot specialization..
It's not a bad idea! The only real difference in loot specs is trinkets, and while there are a few good tank trinkets (the Fyrakk trinket, for example), most of them suck. Most Unholy trinkets are pretty good for Blood, including Cataclysmic Signet Brand, and the DPS Fyrakk trinket!
Im so torn between prot pala (main) and blood dk. 😅really wanna play em both but the time... 😅 Palas utility and helping the whole grp out is too hard to give up! But dks invicible playstyle is sick aswell. 😅
haha, i geared up dk aswell as pala. right now im mainly playing prot warr and having no issues at all and TONS of fun! 3rd char i got +2.7k rating this season xD @@WoWatNight
no the problem with dk was not really its damage...they are immortal until they dont. Compare to any other tank they dont really mitigate the damage, you just take it and heal it. Saying that it is the most fun tank to play cause you have all the tools necessary to be self sufficient. They just need some kinda cd to mitigate damage
Been clearing 20s this week on my blood dk. Been lots of fun. Feels better than ever. Mind sharing your death strike WA? Also what is that green ring WA? I usually make my own but those seem interesting

Side note: I am a returning player so I’m getting used to using the action bars with a 12 button mouse.
Keep boneshield up. Stand on dd try to save some run power for damage spikes.
