Abuja is only a district of Nigeria eventhough it is the FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY; its population size of under five millions (Google public information) can not qualify it to have State status; hence, the only one senatorial seat.
Wike is too aggressive and overbearing even when and where the issues are for all interest. There is a female minister of state for Abuja, and there is a female senator who was Wike's deputy governor for eight years: aproach these female, first lady, and even the President; if Wike oversteps his boundary, or abuses you.
You have spoken well that Wike called and congratulated you. So, return his polite call, and discuss whatever issues. Only involve others if you get to irreconcilable differences.
There is only One Nigeria and only One President in one term; so, let every deference be shed.
I disagree with you on some aspects. Population is not a criteria for the size of a State. Abuja is not a state by virtue of the constitution and not by virtue of population. In 1976, FCT was designated by decree as an Administrative Territory and not as a State with executive state status.
So in a bid to justify Tinubu's election by all means, the judges of the PEPT, tried to confuse us by claiming that FCT is like any other State.
