Downtown Vancouver condos already correcting

According to the MLS benchmark downtown vancouver condos are down 5% since June and the average and median show prices have corrected 7%. It appears to be the start of a correction here for Vancouver condos.
A key indicator of demand (sales/actives ratio) shows it has dropped from 70% in June to 23% so far in mid October.
