Very informative and helpful video! While I myself have too much already bought/on my backlog to even consider looking for new recommendations as of now, it's nice to know that if I'm ever stuck trying to figure out what to read next- I definitely have my options!
Awww thank you so much for the shoutout, I was wondering why the site was suddenly used so much :D. The user recommendations most likely didn't come up often because of your tags. Tags are incredibly restricting (especially very unique ones like the Deredere Tag which most likely barely any VN has) and can quickly empty any recommendation list. VNDB mode especially can quickly leave everything empty as there's tons of users who just have your picks in their profiles and barely more. I mainly focused on the Reddit mode when designing things and VNDB searches are often suboptimal. Always nice to see that stuff still being used, thank you so much :).
Yeah I figured you focused more on the Reddit mode but I already saw people having fun with the soulmate thing just using a VNDB mode so still seems to work okay as long as you're not too restricting

No problem actually it was your topic when you first created VN like that made me realize that outside of Reddit not many people knew about these tools and I had been thinking of a new tutorial video to make and this was a perfect way to do it As for White album 2 I have not actually read it but based on what I heard about it it does not seem like something I would like I don't want to watch 50 plus hours of melodrama I know that's not going to turn out well
I think that heavily depends on your genre of choice I could probably make my own video but there's actually a whole bunch of videos on UA-cam that do the whole "the visual novels you HAVE TO READ"
On every visual novel page, there's a releases section on the English section clicking on, for example, the steam edition or all ages edition will take you directly to a steam page
