For those who watched the Video and don’t know I would assume the sticky notes on the window are (he explained on Instagram that he makes micro notes because of his adhd he makes the notes because he’s always finding something to do but never being able to do it so he leaves notes and notes and he said it adds stress to his beaing so he’s been trying to learn and doing those micro notes and tasks that he normaly would right on a sticky note and that doing them as the pop up and not letting them stack up has been a major stress reliever and as he says making him feel better and deal with everything as it’s coming up

I recently had a work accident. I am one of the hardest workers in my job industry, my body decided to give up on me and I messed up my shoulder rotator cuff and have been off of work for some months now. These lyrics are so pure to how I am feeling. My daughter and I are just listening to a bunch of music together & this song just hit me. Even though right now I'm broken, I'm still dancing with my kiddo doing my best to keep myself going.
