Hard to imagine that some of these games particularly the last one's can run on the DS with a ps1 looking graphics. The DS is really impressive no wonder why it's one of the best selling handheld console.
the DS / 3Ds could have been a solid platform for mobile fighting games. just look at ninja destiny 1 and 2. imagine games like that on the 3ds if they were made properly

path of the ninja was the first of the series released in 2004 for the gba and ported for the ds in 2007, it covers the start of naruto up until the konoha destruction arc. then naruto rpg 2 chidori vs. rasengan released in 2005 covers the rest of the classic up until naruto vs. sasuke fight in the final valley, however it was only released in japan. then there's path of the ninja 2 released in 2006 for the ds but it's just filler

Ninja Destiny 3 seemed interesting just because I grew up with the Clash of Ninja series, but I don't know how shitty this one is. Naruto vs Sasuke, Rumble or the Council games also look nice but I don't know what do you do in those. Basically I'm looking for replayability and versus mode with a fun set of moves and combos.
@@El_Andru if you're looking for combos you should choose ninja destiny 3 or shinobi rumble. ninja destiny three is basically clash of ninja lite but shinobi rumble seems more like a ultimate ninja game both is fun I recommend you getting one of them

@@bigfloppywithasideoffries6547 tbh i rage quit the game many times cuz it gives me headaches sometimes but my advice if you want to play it play using ds or 3ds instead of an emulator, try out the combos and try making your own combos just check it out on wikipedia instead of spamming L button too much, and i prefer playing it on the go like we're supposed to use the ds

the DS was more powerful than the PS1, not much more powerful, but it was... its biggest problem was the low resolution.

Just finished "Dairansen! Kage Bunshin Emaki" on the DS emulator . The best of those imo , just love that "open-world" style gameplay
