Gotta admit josh was the reason the rootbeer started growing more and more to me
Just imagine if they release it with a Jubilee bracelet
Good on him
Quick question. Why do you appear to polish most of your watches ? That’s the impression I get after watching your vids for the last 3-4 months
Firstly, our workshop will only polish a minimal amount and only where necessary. The reality is that most buyers prefer an unmarked watch. Thanks for watching Moses
Great episode, love the datejust green dial you have or had lol. Josh what's your opinion on 36 wimbledon stainless steel. I was offered one from my AD. Should I buy it? Would I make a profit in two or three years time if I wore it?
Hi David, the Wimbledon dial is one of the best for the 36mm in steel. In the current market you won’t make any significant profit on that watch. In 3 years, it’s impossible to know. They do tend to hold their value relatively well if you wanted to enjoy it for a few years. It’s a good way to get your spend up with the AD but there are no guarantees. Thanks for watching
@Watchtrader & Co interesting... I'm being offered the two tone or stainless steel. Do you think the TT has more profit in the current market? I genuinely like both of them
i have finished all your videos including this, i hope there's more and day in the life
Glad you enjoy them, appreciate the support 👊
@@Watchtrader really really enjoyed them, binge watching your videos while working at the same time. no prob. thank you for giving us an awesome content cheers!
tim 👊
Did the Pepsi sell?
A question for billy
What is the the make of your glasses
Don’t tell anyone but they were just the free ones given to him by the opticians after an eye test 🤫
Spot on, thanks fellas!
Thanks for watching Ian
I have a bezel for the hulk if you need one
I love when they buy a watch on consignment they say if it doesn’t sell we can re-negotiate or you can take it to the firm offering you more money now. - Just go somewhere else! Salesman who don’t have to sell - but compelling viewing.
I'm learning a fair bit about "true" market values from you guys rather than some of the BS that's spouted about Rolex prices especially. Biggest take I get is be a longer term holder and don't try to be a dealer. Truth be told I knew that anyway. Another good show.
Wise words. Thanks for tuning in and have a great week
Tried to join the watts app group but it’s full😢

VC is a nice watch but it's gonna sit.
You never know but in this case the value to the customer was more than to the market
@@Watchtrader True. The price you'd put on it to entice buyers which reflected the current market was less than the value for him to keep it.
This fellow looks like a grumpy goblin from Gringotts.
If they hulk is for sale still I’m in the market for one.
We do have Hulk’s available. Please contact the store, call or email and we can discuss - Thank you
“The watch market is dead, DEAD … in a backyard pool, floating face down”…
Thoughts?
PS. see you in Europe next year (Toon forever!)
That would be news to us. Toon Toon!
Drop drop dropping
@@BobbyDazzler888 And one more…. Drop.
Our money though …🤣🤣🤣🤣
When you can walk into any Rolex retail store at random and get a Daytona or a Batman or a Pepsi at retail because they have many in stock to give you and you can get any one of these three watch for less than retail in the used market..........only then will the watch market be dead.
@@roflagain1 Disagree.
I believe the phrase is … “the secondary watch market is dead” … compared to how it was.
Connery's was no date
Only 18 minutes 😢
Just how the cookie crumbled this week, thanks for watching
That vacheron was lovely
Agreed 👍
This is what’s wrong with the high end watch industry. Rolex is a beautiful watch. No doubt about that. But not worth the price. Shame that most of the Rolexes bought today go in safes as an investment. They are meant to be worn. Sad state of affairs.
👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻
Cheers Chris
Cool video, but you gotta stop clicking your pen man.

Everything that’s wrong with watch collectors
It’s changing, be patient
Some lovely watches on display this week lads. Think it might be time for me to delve into the Milgauss market 🙂
Cheers Nick!
Jon seems like a £&£!
