Looking at it now, makes me sort of cringe. I always wanted a tattoo, but what I wanted or would have gotten in the 90's. Would have me cutting off pieces of skin to get rid of it.
I feel like now that I'm 29 I could make pretty reasonable decisions about tattoos. I'm glad I waited- the things I thought I'd want at 19 would have embarrassed the shit out of me now.

I have a tramp stamp of a Butterfly. I know, so original. I got it when I was 14, in a friends apartment. My mom paid $11 for it & the deal was she got to choose what it was. We agreed on the tramp stamp area so my dad & step mom didn’t see it (they ended up seeing it a year later when I was bent over trying to grab a soda pop out of a cooler 😂😂) the guy (who was recently released from prison) drew the stencil free hand & it was perfect, he put it on & I guess as he was doing the outline he sprayed it to wipe away some ink/blood & wiped off the entire stencil. Didn’t say anything to me & did the rest free hand. So my butterfly is wonky & uneven. I was so pissed. My mom said it was cute but she was drunk most of the time so I’m pretty positive she was seeing double anyway. I’m 27 now & still want a cover up. 😂😂

The pain sensation is about the same in intensity, but it feels more like being snapped with a rubber band. It also would only take seconds to laser this. Tattooing takes way longer.
