Blake Sound Bites: William Blake and William Burroughs

Among the many Beat writers who were attracted by William Blake, it was Burroughs who most took to heart the experience of Blake's mythmaking, seeing in his creations a like mind who sought to create a system or be enslaved to that of another.
This short podcast considers some of the ways in which Burroughs looked to Blake as an inspiration for his ways to break free of control via his own world building.
