Thanks so much for your lovely comment 🫶! Yeah, with this trip we fulfilled a dream that we had for a long time. We‘ll visit Norway again next summer, sure! Please stay tuned, moe videos will follow when I find the time for editing. Busy times at the moment 😮💨😉.
This video ist georgeous! Great flight!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 What I don't understand at all, how you even found your way back to the starting point. After turning, I wouldn't even have found the right direction - all so far away. I'm impressed!🤩🤩🤩
Thank you racefifty9596 for your great comment, I was very pleased 🫶! Navigation on long-range flights has a lot to do with experience. But technology can also help. Regarding experience: I remember landmarks on the outbound flight such as coastlines or mountains and try to head for them on the return flight. Or take the position of the sun. I flew away with the sun at my back, so I have to fly into the sun on the flight home. Technically, a direction arrow from my GPS sensor which is displayed in my goggles helps me - if the system works correctly and without a time delay. This system can fail and so I always would recommend to remember landmarks on the outbound flight 😎✊.
Great flight Manfred 👊🏻 More stunning scenery from your trip once again. It doesn’t look like there’s anywhere you couldn’t fly in Norway without a beautiful view 😍
@@kevcdrone hi Kev, thank you very much for your comment 🫶 and the encouragement during our stay to use the big bird 🦅 more. You are absolutely right, the landscape of Norway can be addictive. One breathtaking view follows the next. We were very lucky with the nice weather 🌞 and will definitely come back.
Hi Gamer, willkommen auf dem Kanal ! Viele unterschiedliche Setups ! Unter „Mehr“ findest du bei jedem Video das verwendete Setup und eine Beschreibung zum Video. Gruß MOG 😎👋
Thanks my friend - I‘m so happy that you like it. Stay tuned if you like - much more drone footage from Norway will be edited and released in the next time.
@@JJ-xe1wb thanks JJ for watching and for your comment 🫶! Yeah, visit Norway ! It‘s not so expensive as many people will tell you and the people and the nature are outstanding ! Even people from Switzerland move to Norway because they are absolutely enthusiastic about life there and the nature.
@@adventure_boy thanks my friend for watching and for your feedback 🫶! Yeah, I spent some extra time to edit the footage from the Insta360 cam which was mounted on the camper van. I like the „storytelling-style“ of other creators and try to move in this direction. So many new stuff 💻 to learn on this way but I think it’s worth it . Take care and stay healthy, bro 🤜🤛
Oh man, Norway looks amazing! Awesome range and flight. I’m really into your videos, especially when you throw in a little note here and there... So, 8000 mAh and the camera aren’t too heavy for the drone? I’ve heard it’s better to stick to 6000 mAh if you’re flying with a camera…
@@Wild__FPV thanks my friend for your great comment 🫶, I‘m happy that you like it. For this flight I had to be sure that I can make it back to homepoint with this setup. I know from many flights with this quad that 5 km one way with a heavy, full GoPro 11 are safe (at this cruising speed). Therefore I chose the lighter Action 2 cam from DJI to be safe with 6 km distance, even in case of heavy wind 🌪️ around the peak ⛰️. I thought many times about two new 6.000 mAh Li-Ions because you could be right - this could be the „sweet spot“ with weight/range for 7‘‘/7.5‘‘. But I‘m so happy with my 8.000 mAh packs from Farin Frames in Italy (and the Chimera is designed for these huge packs) that I didn’t order 6.000 mAh packs so far. Maybe in the future if the performance of my big packs 🔋🔋 drops.
@@seb-depp dank Dir 👍. Außerdem hatte ich mir „long range“ fest vorgenommen - wozu sonst braucht man 7.5‘‘ 😉.
Hi DroneGuyTT, I fly this bird now for more than 2 years and didn’t change anything in the PIDs, all values are as set at the factory. Hope this helps … Best greetings in the States 🇺🇸 and thanks for watching 🤝

What a place to be flying, and what a great flight.
I've also liked the intro part, the driving around while looking for a place to take off.

It was a pleasure, my friend! As for the battery: Ah, yes, I just checked; the Action 2 weighs 56 grams, and the Action 4 is twice as heavy...
Hübsch - aber warum von so weit? Da waren ja noch einige Orte dazwischen.
Tolle Gegend.
