Today I finally received my first set of Obsius 32mm trucks - and I'm really impressed! Their quality and finish is amazing, but they not only fit my setup's aesthetics perfectly but improved its feel massivly which might be owed to the higher weight of those trucks, but that's exactly what I was looking for! I have a set of BRT on my 34mm setup and I couldn't tell which was better, probably coming down to preference. They not only sent the tin box with the trucks, a mini tool and plenty of replacement bushings, pivot cups as well as screws and replacement kingpins in both black and silver but also included a separate bag with stickers and a full size screwdriver tool, all in a visually pleasing _Obsius_ carton box. And that's what you'll get for 45€/$45 including shipping - a clear recommendation!
That's great to hear!! These trucks definitely give any set up that extra heft feeling. That tin box and extra bits are such a clutch addition to throw in with a set of trucks. Landing tricks with these trucks equipped has got to be the fingerboard equivalent to saying something with your chest! hahahaha
I’ve been using obsius trucks for 3 months coming off a pair of dynamics. I really like the heavier feeling compared to dynamics. The pivot cups where getting snagged when sliding the nose or tail so I cut off the top ring portion that poked out of the base plate then threw on a set of level up bushings, they’ve been my favorite trucks ever since! Hoping to try a set of UAG or BRTs for the next set up, love the vids man can’t wait to see the comparison video 🤙🏻
I was suuuuuper surprised with how much I like these trucks. I'll keep that in mind about the pivot cup. I haven't run into that issue yet. A fellow Level Up Enjoyer I see!!
I received my first set of Obsius trucks today and although it runs against what little patriotic pride I have l would claim _Obsius_ and _Blackriver_ trucks to be at least on eye level - and we haven't yet taken into consideration that _Obsius_ delivers plenty of spare parts such as two sets of screws and nuts plus spares in both black and silver, replacement kingpins in both black and silver, replacement bushings and pivot cups as well as both a mini and full size tool, so it's a lot of bang for the money given that a broken kingpin or worn out pivot cup requires ordering a pretty costly replacement with _Blackriver_ while you could easily solve such issues with what's included with _Obsius._
I love mine the only gripe I have with them is because of the hanger design the wheels are pushed way out beyond the baseplates so they hit when you do nose and tailslides
I was talking about my waves deck last night from "Obfb" same company y'all don't know any I can't wait I'm waiting to skate it just had a nice sesh on my "Friday Kala" deck skated my teak tuning picnic table! Holla, holla, ballas!!! I AM JAMIE THOMAS!
My friend here in San Antonio just got some obstacles from Teak recently. He really likes them. He has a whole park set up at work. it looks really cool
What deck, trucks, wheels, and pivit cups, would you recomend for someone who has been playing around with techdecks, and wants to upgrade to pro finger boards? Love the purple trucks by the way.
Those pink trucks look beautiful. I might get them to pair up with my pink oaks bubblegum boys represent! I’m looking forward to that truck comparison video!!
I need to find the perfect board to match them! I will not disrespect those beautiful trucks with just any board. Ooooh some pink Oaks huh?? I'll look into it
Looking for a truck that has has a wheelbase feeling thats inbetween dynamic and brts. With BRTs wheels feel too close, dynamics feel to far. Any recommendation for a truck like this?
@@tcgene Ill check it out !! Thanks for the reply , u kinda inspired me to get back out there and fingerboard . Atleast now my 9-5 job wont be as boring as it is :)
@@PxkaFPS For sure!! I'm happy to hear that!! hahaha yeah these are like entertainment you can take anywhere!! you can also check out Guaiguaichai because he has an Office Series set of obstacles that holds pens and pictures or whatever.
I usually just bring up the top and bottom because it's really hard for me to show the middle plies. sometimes I'll mention it but it usually just slips my mind.
That's great to hear!! I've been on mine for about a week now and they are holding up very well. I've already switched them onto a few different boards as well to see where they feel the best for me. so far I found higher kicks work really well but I might be biased on that. hahahahaha
@@tcgene lol for me I only ride lc boards decks because they are cheap! Maybe you could do a review on lc boards 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ there deck designs are super cool and for the price it’s amazing although eventually I would like to try a higher quality deck!
I have not!! I have a set laying around here somewhere that someone had thrown in with a purchase. I think the ones I tried were a little too small (I'm not sure what shape they were) but I'll put them on the list to revisit for sure

Can’t wait for that truck comparison video!!! I already know which ones the best I just like hearin it from you 😭
Awesome unbox! The Purple trucks 🔥 I just got a package from them literally an hour ago !
Awwww yeah!! what color did you grab??
@@tcgenethey call the color aurora it’s kinda like oil slick effect. I like the iron and green they have too!
I have been waiting for this vid! Thanks for putting this up
I was waiting for this one 🙏 great vid once again dude 🔥
Thank you thank you thank you!! Definitely loving these trucks! the weight on them feel really really nice on some high kicks
@@tcgene that’s exactly what I’m after I like the sounds of them being heavier then my dynamics for example 🙏🔥
I love mine the only gripe I have with them is because of the hanger design the wheels are pushed way out beyond the baseplates so they hit when you do nose and tailslides
Oooooh I haven't noticed that!! I'll definitely add that to my list of things to compare! good catch on that. I wouldn't even had thought about it.
@@tcgene Look at your complete from the side, they're definitely a little funny looking. Not a huge complaint though as I still love them
Was thinking about grabbing a pair ✌️🛹🔥
Definitely Recommend them!!

If you want a significant upgrade over a techdeck check out Teak, slushcult grom, or DK completes. they run about 30usd after shipping.

I think UAG trucks sit between the two but I haven't used them for as long as i've used BRT or Dynamic.
@@tcgene thanks mann
What decks do u recommend if i prefer a 34mm low? Itll help me soo much since im getting back into fingerboarding after a decade
Check out Taupe, Collins wood, Dum1, 129. Low shapes are their thing and they do them very well.

Should i choose a obsius complete or a dynamic complete since they are at the same price point
I would lean more towards picking up a Dynamic complete for sure.
@@tcgene ok thank you
Why dynamic complete over the obsius compete?
Every layer is maple not just the top pile.

How long did it take to get?
it's been a while but i wanna say about a week and a half? it was something like that.
Are those the v2's? i heard about v1's are snaping
